PPC Live was held on Wednesday March 16 in Peterborough. PPC Live is British Pest Control Association’s trade exhibition and conference designed for pest control technicians, surveyors and company owners to help improve technical knowledge and keep up-to-date with the latest industry changes and products. With 50+ exhibitors and a variety of seminars and technical sessions, PPC Live offered visitors a one-stop shop for contacts, knowledge and new products.
Bird Control Group was present to inform the British pest controllers about the Agrilaser bird repelling product range. Corné Sweep, Commercial Director, and Gijs Groen, Sales Representative, had pleasant talks with the many interested visitors to our stand. Gijs Groen: “The Agrilaser proves to be a hit in the UK. The pest controllers that visited our stand, consider the Agrilaser as the solution to repel birds at larger locations such as rooftops.”
“You see that the pest control market in the UK is one of the leading countries in the world of pest control. PPC Live 2016 is a great event for pest controllers to increase their knowledge about new bird repelling solutions such as the Agrilaser. The pest controllers are confirming that their clients are reporting an increase in bird nuisance, especially around large areas such as rooftops. With the existing solutions such as nets and pins it is not possible to offer their clients a complete solution for a good price. The Agrilaser Autonomic solves this problem, it keeps bird away from commercial activities with a much smaller investment compared to netting or installing pins. The Agrilaser Autonomic is the solution for pest controllers, so they can better serve their clients.”
The BPCA Visitor Prize Wheel was a great success. Every visitor that pre-registered was given a ticket to spin the prize wheel with a chance to win items provided by the exhibitors. Nimby Pest was amongst the lucky ones to win an Agrilaser Lite. Enjoy using it!
